PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk held AGMS, EGMS, and Annual public expose at Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta on Monday June 3rd 2013.
The event begins with the AGMS and EGMS led by Darjoto Setiawan asa the President Commisioner of PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk and also accompanied by the entire Board od Commissioners and Board of Direcotrs.
The AGMS has obtain the approval from the shareholders for the Company’s performance during the year 2012, while in the EGMS approved the changes of Article 16 paragraph 6 of the Articles of Association Related to the Director’s role and responsibilities.
AGMS event begins with the speech by Hendra Surya as the President Director of PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk, which was accompanied by the Board of Directors. The Company’s performance is improved compare to the previous year and also convey that PT Triaryani, a subsidiary of the Company will will begin operation and selling coal in this year and is expeced to reach a capacity of 5.5 millin tons per year in the next 3 or 4 year. The event ended with question and answer with the analysts and journalist.
