Started his career as Director of Mercure Hotel Batam (1999-2010), Operation Director of Hotel Tanjung Pinang (2010 – 2011), Director of Miracle Aesthetic Clinic Batam (2005 – present), Group Head Corporate & Human Resources of Geo Energy Resources Ltd (2012 – present), Director of PT Anak Rantau Riau (2019 – present).

Mr. Yanto Melati, aged 43, Indonesian nationality. Appointed as Commissioner based on the Resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 15th, 2023.

He obtained a Diploma in Business Administration from Deanza College, California in 2003 and Bachelor of Business Management from San Jose States University, California at 2005.

Started his career as Director PT Trivesta Polymas Perkasa (2007 – 2011), Managing Director PT Geo Energy Coalindo (2011 – 2015), Commissioner PT Nawa Energy Suksestama (2018 – present), President Commissioner PT Wani Resources Indonesia (2021 – present), President Commissioner PT Fortune Borneo Resources (2021 – present).

Mr. Ong Beng Chye, aged 55, Singapore nationality. Appointed as Independent Commissioner based on the Resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 15th, 2023.

He obtained a Bachelor of Science (Economics) (Honours) from the City, University of London at 1990. Certified Fellow Institute of Chartered Accountants at England & Wales, Chartered Financial Analysis from CFA Institute, Non-practicing Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountant.
