Mr Budi Susanto, aged 57, Indonesian nationality. Appointed as President Director based on the Resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 15th, 2023. 

He finished his formal education in Bengkalis, Riau in 1982.

Started his career and started PT Sinarbaru Wijaya Perkasa in 1994 as President Director until now. Besides he was also appointed as Director of PT Sinar Unggul Internasional ( 2013 – present), President Director of PT Karya Samudera Nusantara (2022 – present), and President Commissioner of PT Internasional Prima Coal (2023 – present).

Miss. Yuliana, aged 47, Indonesian nationality. Appointed as Director based on the Resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 15th, 2023.

She obtained a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the Trisakti University in 1997.

Started her career as Senior Auditor Hans Tuanakotta & Mustofa (Deloitte) (1997-2000), Internal Audit Manager PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (2000-2002), Area Operation Manager PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (2002 – 2004), Senior Finance Manager PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (2004 – 2008), General Manager Finance & Accounting PT Triasindo Utama (2008-2011). Joined Geo Energy Group in 2011 and appointed as Senior Financial Controller of Geo Energy Group in 2023 up to now. 

Mr. Deni Kusmayadi, aged 48, Indonesian nationality. Appointed as Director based on the Resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 15th, 2023.

He obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of Indonesia in 1998 and a Master of Laws degree from Gadjah Mada University in 2018.

Started his career as Legal Officer PT Telekomunikasi Indonesia Tbk (1998 – 2001), Corporate Legal Supervisor PT Kawasaki Motor Indonesia (2002 – 2005), Legal Manager PT Supra Primatama Nusantara (2006 -2008), Legal Counsel PT Trisurya Lintas Energy (2008-2010). Joined Geo Energy Group in 2011 and was appointed as Head of Legal Geo Energy Group in 2016 up to now.
