He is also the CEO of Geo Energy Resources Limited (the controlling shareholder of the Company), Indonesia office.

He was a sole proprietor, operating a furniture store, mini market, and hotelier in Indonesia and a graduate of the Australian School of Tourism and Hotel Management with an Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management in 2001.

Miss. Yuliana, aged 48, Indonesian nationality. Appointed as Director based on the Resolutions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders on November 26th, 2024.

She obtained a Bachelor of Accounting degree from the Trisakti University in 1997.

Started her career as Senior Auditor Hans Tuanakotta & Mustofa (Deloitte) (1997-2000), Internal Audit Manager PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (2000-2002), Area Operation Manager PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (2002 – 2004), Senior Finance Manager PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (2004 – 2008), General Manager Finance & Accounting PT Triasindo Utama (2008-2011). Joined Geo Energy Group in 2011 and appointed as Senior Financial Controller of Geo Energy Group in 2023 up to now.

Started his career as Director of Mercure Hotel Batam (1999-2010), Operation Director of Hotel Tanjung Pinang (2010 – 2011), Director of Miracle Aesthetic Clinic Batam (2005 – present), Group Head Corporate & Human Resources of Geo Energy Resources Ltd (2012 – present), Director of PT Anak Rantau Riau (2019 – present).
