Pursuant to OJK Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 on Corporate Secretary of Listed or Public Companies, the Board of Directors had appointed Susanti Nilam, resides in Jakarta, to be the Corporate Secretary replacing Chrismasari Dewi Sudono in accordance with the Decree of the Board of Directors on April 1, 2022.

Indonesian citizen, 46 years old, resides in Jakarta. Obtained her Bachelor of Economics degree from Tarumanagara University, Jakarta. She once worked as the Corporate Secretary at PT Eatertainment International Tbk (2004-2010), later as Corporate Officer at PT Rajawali Corpora (2010-2012), Finance & Accounting Manager at PT Triaryani (2012-2013), and currently also serves as the Head Procurement and Finance at PT Triaryani (since 2013).

Ensuring effective communication between the Company and stakeholders including listed companies, OJK, shareholders, employees, business partners, communities and service users in accordance with the reasonable needs of these stakeholders.

Keeping abreast of the development of the capital market by giving special attention to the applicable capital market regulations.

Ensuring the availability of information that can be accessed by stakeholders as deemed necessary.

Performing the Investor Relations function including the implementation of GMS, public exposure, investor meetings, etc.

Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Facilitating the implementation of management meetings at the headquarters’ level.
