Code of Conduct
The Company has established a Code of Ethics known as Work Ethics, which applies to all members of the Board of Commissioners, Directors, and all employees. The implementation and enforcement of the Work Ethics are under the authority of the Human Resources Department and in coordination with the Rajawali Group Internal Audit Unit and Legal Department. The Company’s Work Ethics are in line with the Work Ethics implemented by the Rajawali Group, the Company’s parent organization. The Code of Conduct stipulates the following matters:
"Everyone is required to work in a disciplined and responsible manner in accordance with the work culture adopted by the Company. "
"Everyone is expected to consistently exert their best ability in carrying out their duties and responsibilities by adhering to the corporate culture, including maintaining the confidentiality of the Company. "
"Everyone is allowed to use work facilities optimally in accordance with those facilities’ intended purpose in supporting the implementation of their duties and responsibilities without misusing those facilities. "
"Everyone is prohibited from engaging in corrupt practices, collusion and nepotism, practical politics that can harm the Company, as well as asking and/or receiving gifts and/or gratuities."
