KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. PT Golden Eagle Energy Tbk (SMMT) will distribute a final dividend to its shareholders. This was agreed at the annual general meeting of shareholders (AGMS) held on Tuesday (27/6).
The meeting approved all agenda items discussed, including the determination of cash dividends of IDR 384.30 billion to be distributed to shareholders. This cash dividend includes the interim dividend paid of IDR 236.25 billion.
Thus, the final dividend that shareholders will receive is IDR 148.05 billion. Holders of one SMMT share will receive IDR 47 per share.
The final dividend payment schedule will be announced by SMMT two trading days after the AGMS is held.
As an illustration, SMMT recorded a net profit in 2022 of IDR 403 billion, an increase compared to the net profit in 2021 which was only IDR 250 billion.
