Referring to the OJK Regulation No. 35/POJK.04/2014 on Corporate Secretary for Public Listed Company and the Indonesia Stock Exchange Regulation No. IE on the Obligation to Submit Information, we hereby inform you that pursuant to the Company’s Board of Directors Decree No.001/SMMT/SK/I/2016, the Board of Directors has raised Ms. Chrismasari Dewi Sudono to serve as the Company‘s Corporate Secretary to replace Mr. Abed Nego, effective from 8 January 2016.
Chrismasari Dewi Sudono, Indonesian Citizen, born in 1978 and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Parahyangan Catholic University, Bandung. She began her career as an auditor in Public Accounting Firm Ernst&Young Indonesia and continued her career in Public Accounting Firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Indonesia. She then joined PT Rajawali Corpora as GM Finance – Mining and Resources Department.
